Casa de Sueños is our custom-designed second home, located in Pedregal, Cabo’s exclusive gated neighborhood adjacent to downtown and the Lavish marina district. Our home was built to our specifications and completed in February 2010.

The master bedroom is spacious and features a king bed, a large master bathroom, a private balcony, and stunning views of the ocean and marina.

Bedroom Layout & Living Areas

Located on the same level as the master bedroom is a second king bed suite. Two guest bedrooms, each with two queen beds and private bathrooms, are located on the pool level of the villa, along with the living room and spacious gourmet kitchen.

Indoor and Outdoor Living Spaces

The expansive living and dining area features a disappearing full-width glass door assembly, creating seamless access to the outdoor living area. Guests can enjoy the pool, spa, fire pit, fitness gym and barbecue while taking in spectacular views of the marina and ocean.
