End-of-stay maid service is included in these rates (for stays of three nights or more). For stays of seven nights or more, a mid-week cleaning service will be provided. Daily maid service during your stay is available at the rate of $60 per extra cleaning ($300 for daily maid service during a seven night stay), paid in advance.

Terms are 50% down to reserve, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Credit card required for damage deposit.

For the comfort of all, our home is a non-smoking household. Guests may smoke in outdoor areas, provided that smoke does not enter the home.

Pets are not allowed.

Our home may not be suitable for families with small children.

Please note that Mexican construction standards at times defer substantially from those in the USA and the pool/deck area may not offer safeguards that are standard in the USA.

The Mexican 19% sales and lodging tax will be added to the above rates.

We contract with a company that can provide concierge services during your stay (at additional cost):
